Based on other reviews I am the 4th person this has happened to -- ordered food, said it would be 70 minutes or so, 90 minutes later I call and nobody picks up the phone. Can't reach them. Not even going to bother ordering anything from them and based on these experiences I would just save yourself the hassle.

I got my order delivery, but this place was AWESOME. The delivery was fast, and the food was great! I love Stromboli and I often find when ordering delivery that it is undercooked and soggy, this was not the case here. My Stromboli was perfectly coked and served with ample sauce on the side. The mozzarella sticks were great, and the tiramisu was THE BEST. It was homemade and you could literally taste the love in it. I will be ordering from this place again!

We had a couple friends over and ordered $50 worth of food online last night to be delivered. I got the email confirmation and it said my food would be delivered in 40-60 mins. We waited about 70 minutes and the pizza hadn't arrived so I called the store to inquire about my order. The girl who answered said "oh I thought we called you. We're not delivering tonight." What the heck?!? So not only did they not call us to tell us that the wouldn't be delivering our meal, but they didn't even make our order and we had been waiting over an hour for our pizza that was never coming. Honestly, it was heartbreaking because we were starving. I have no idea how their pizza tastes but I definitely won't be ordering there again.

Must be the New Year. We have ordered from Anabela's a number of times in the past and been satisfied. Unfortunately tonight was not the same experience. Overall we had a very poor dinner delivered. One pizza too burned and soggy at the same time and the other had too much garlic. The hot wings were anything but, very little seasonings. On the other hand the cannoli were good. We were dissatisfied and may need to find another delivery location.

I ordered my food through grubhub for this restaurant had never ordered from them before although I use grubhub all the time. I ordered Mozzarella sticks, Lasagna, baked Ziti, and cheesecake. Top start it off the driver dropped part of my order on the ground in front of me, but since it was in a bag I went ahead and just accepted it since I had already waited over an hour for it to be delivered. The mozzarella sticks were still partially frozen and inedible, the lasagna was cold in the middle and seriously was just topped with square sliced mozzarella cheese not fresh. I spoke to the manager and told him he could come get the food that I was not going to eat undercooked food he was not only rude but called me a liar said the driver didn't drop my food and it wasn't undercooked. I took pictures to prove that it was and he still refused to come get the food and refund my money. So now I am stuck with raw food that I can't eat. * so the driver finally showed back up more arguing with the manager ensued he told me i could "call Obama" if I wanted but he didn't care that the food was undercooked and he wouldn't refund my money. He would give me $10 back (the order was over $40) and I didn't even deserve the $10. I sent the driver (who is truly a nice kid and was very apologetic) back with all the food. The manager Elvis on the other hand was still extremely rude.

Fantastic pizza! They have a delicious pepperoni pizza and I order from here often. The carry out deal was the way to go! Fast, friendly, delicious. I will soon try other things from them.
